1. When I try to run the program I get the error "Error accessing Excel. Process Aborted" (or similar).
Some users have found this problem when running the program on a 64 bit machine. Unfortunately we don't have a fix for this error yet but we are investigating the issue.
2. I purchased a copy of your software but have not received anything yet.
An email with a secure download link will be sent to you within 24 hours (normally much sooner). If you pay via PayPal, the email will go to the address you have registered with PayPal - for some customers this is different to their day to day email address, so make sure you are checking the correct email account.
Have you checked your junk mail folder? Some customers have found that our email is incorrectly identified as spam by their email client. If all else fails, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
